Before the service

The day will usually begin with the funeral cortege leaving from the agreed location. Our team will have already discussed the timings with you, so you will know when you need to be ready and where you need to go.

If you are travelling in a funeral car, the funeral director and chauffeur will make sure you are comfortable and know where you are going. For those making their own way to the service, it is a good idea to arrive a little earlier so you have time to settle in.

Arriving at the funeral

When you arrive at the church, crematorium or other venue, our team will be there to welcome and guide you. They will help ensure that everyone knows where to go and will coordinate the arrival of the coffin.

During the service
