Our Fleet
At Little’s Funeral Service, we are deeply committed to reducing our environmental impact while providing the highest level of service.
A key part of this commitment is our fully hybrid funeral fleet, a first in the Scottish funeral industry. Each of our plug-in hybrid vehicles combines traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology, allowing us to provide dignified, respectful services with a significantly reduced carbon footprint.
For every funeral we oversee, we also take an additional step toward sustainability by planting a tree in partnership with Trees for Life | Rewilding the Scottish Highlands, contributing to our own Corporate Grove, and helping to restore Scotland’s native forests.
A sustainable future
Our fleet of hybrid vehicles not only honours tradition but also supports a sustainable future. Our hearses are designed to carry out local funeral services in and around the southside of Glasgow using the electric motor alone, ensuring zero emissions for these journeys. This is part of our broader goal to offer eco-conscious services without compromising on the dignity and quality that families expect from us. Our premises are equipped with EV chargers to support this important initiative.
Dignified and distinguished
Our fleet is liveried in Little’s signature burgundy, offering a dignified and distinguished alternative to traditional black or silver. The cortege includes matching hybrid limousines, with additional vehicles able to be drawn from our sister company, Little’s Chauffeur Drive. The family limousines provide a comfortable and calming environment, featuring luxurious leather interiors and panoramic glass roofs, allowing natural light to create a peaceful atmosphere during a challenging time.
We guide and support families
Our fully uniformed chauffeurs are trained to guide and support families with respect and care throughout the funeral, ensuring that every aspect of the journey is as smooth and calm as possible. Their professionalism and understanding of the emotional weight of the day help ease the burden for grieving families, complementing the efforts of your dedicated funeral director.
