In 1966 George Wills founded Little’s Chauffeur Drive, with premises on Paisley Road West. George became a well-known figure in the area, and with such a prominent shop front, received requests from the local community in Craigton for help with funeral arrangements. In 1985 Little’s opened their first Glasgow Funeral Directors. Demand grew for the very personal and caring family funeral service offered by Little’s, and in 1990 a second funeral parlour was opened in Cardonald. George is very much still part of the business today, but the day-to-day operations are overseen by his daughter Heather.
